Title: RN Manager Neonatal Intensive Care
Location: Richmond, VA, USA
Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 - $125,000 per year (Relocation and Sign-on bonus offered on a case-by-case basis)
Schedule: Full-time, Days (No Weekends)

Job Description: The RN Manager of Neonatal Intensive Care is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the NICU department while providing exceptional patient care. This role involves managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive patient experience and promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.
Required Skills:
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 3-5 years of NICU leadership experience in an acute care setting
- Strong understanding of NICU operations and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives
- Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing
